Unit 3: Health care Nutrition and diet, hygiene and other practices hygiene for healthy living. How to avoid accidents and illness and also risky behaviours which can lead to sexual abuse.

The themes of self-understanding and self-awareness, as well as enabling the child to appreciate the context of their family, school and friends all goes to lend itself as a precursor to the Fertile Heart programme from key stage 2 onwards.
